Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    B2B digital marketing campaigns
    (LinkedIn, email, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Build and implement
    content strategies
    (blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters)
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate
    insights to improve ROI
  • Manage
    automation and CRM tools
    to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    digital marketing
    , preferably in IT or startup environments
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn/email marketing, SEO, content creation, and paid campaigns
  • Proficiency with
    marketing automation and analytics tools
    (Apollo, GMass, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
