Sr Executive Assistant to the Founder

Job Profile: Would be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers and coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings Answer phones and direct and guide all incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Founder Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and answer outgoing mail as necessary. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Updating the Travel schedule and hotel reservations Ensure that all confidential & sensitive information is securely handled, stored as appropriate & no such information is divulged or made accessible to unauthorized person. Follow up and co-ordination with various departments Record Management Maintaining contact database Coordinate and follow-up on all tasks assigned by the top management within the allotted deadlines Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, conference calls, internal sessions, special events, etc. Manage correspondences and communication as per the instructions and maintaining confidentiality at all levels.
Requirement: 5-7 years of overall experience Graduate/ Postgraduate from a premier institute Proven experience with schedule management Ability to create and maintain MIS reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills
