About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic professional who can be both
the people-anchor and operational backbone
of BBT.
This role combines
Human Resources leadership
with
Executive Assistance
— ensuring smooth team operations, structured processes, and direct support to the Founder in managing priorities, people, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
A. HR & People Operations
- Own the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
- Maintain and evolve HR policies, culture rituals, and appraisal systems aligned to BBT's creative ethos.
- Coordinate hiring pipelines — from job posting to offer letter, ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones, gather team feedback, and escalate key issues early.
- Track attendance, leaves, contracts, and documentation.
- Organize team events, offsites, and celebrations that strengthen culture.
B. Founder Support / Executive Assistance
- Act as the Founder's support — managing calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Prepare meeting briefs, MOMs, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely deliverables.
- Handle confidential communication and sensitive HR matters with discretion.
- Support in administrative tasks — travel bookings, reimbursements, office coordination, and basic vendor management.
C. Systems & Process Management
- Work with the Founder to digitize and streamline HR and admin processes via Zoho, Notion, or Asana.
- Maintain dashboards for hiring, appraisals, leave, and performance metrics.
- Ensure SOPs and templates are updated and followed across teams.\
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in HR, operations, or EA roles in creative, startup, or tech environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and people-first.
- Comfortable multitasking in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, and project trackers.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ownership mindset.
