We're looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant
to act as the
professional shadow to our Founder & CEO
. This role blends EA responsibilities with HR & Admin ownership — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel & daily priorities
  • Coordinate communication with clients, vendors & internal teams
  • Handle full HR cycle: hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records
  • Oversee office admin, vendor management & day-to-day operations
  • Prepare reports, notes, presentations & track action items
  • Anticipate needs and make the CEO's life easier (seriously)

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years' experience as an EA, HR Generalist or Admin professional
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes & office operations
  • Excellent communication, organization & multitasking skills
  • High ownership, confidentiality & problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in events industry is a plus
