Executive assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, handling confidential matters, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle email correspondence, calls, and official communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain and manage confidential files, records, and sensitive information.
Strategic & Operational Support:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in decision-making by gathering data, conducting research, and providing insights.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure the timely execution of key initiatives.
- Track and follow up on critical tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events.
- Take detailed minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups.
- Handle logistics for conferences, investor meetings, and media engagements.
Project Management & Special Assignments:
- Assist in high-priority projects, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
- Work on business reports, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Provide support in policy implementation, workflow optimization, and internal communications.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
