Key Accounts Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Key Account Manager to lead client acquisition, nurture long-term relationships, and generate sustainable business growth. This role blends corporate banking relationship management with strategic business development in the emerging domains of electric mobility and sustainable finance. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to achieve revenue objectives while ensuring superior client satisfaction.
Relationship & Account Management (Corporate Finance):
- Own the complete client relationship lifecycle from lead generation and loan disbursement to collections and post-sales service.
- Strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, renewal agreements, and commercial terms.
- Partner with internal teams such as credit, legal, and operations to structure, approve, and execute financing solutions.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new clients, including demand aggregators, OEMs, fleet operators, and growth-stage enterprises.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through systematic prospecting, market analysis, and consistent follow-ups for both new and used vehicle financing.
- Drive end-to-end deal execution from opportunity identification and negotiation to closure.
- Collaborate with EV ecosystem players to design and implement innovative financing models that fuel business expansion.
Account Expansion & Upselling:
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Build deeper engagement with decision-makers and business heads to enhance wallet share and service penetration.
- Offer consultative financial solutions aligned with clients' evolving business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work in tandem with internal teams — product, operations, finance, and legal — to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive trends to refine products and enhance value propositions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders and CXOs.
- Proven expertise in business development, revenue generation, and key account management.
- Sound understanding of corporate finance, credit assessment, and lending instruments (working capital, term loans, project finance).
- Experience in deal structuring, credit documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to long-term relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse sectors and client segments.
