Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows that enhance our lead generation, client engagement, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GHL features, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design: Create and implement automated workflows using GHL to streamline processes for lead capture, follow-ups, client onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Integration Management: Integrate GHL with other tools and platforms to enhance functionality and improve data flow.
  • Lead Scoring and Tagging: Develop lead scoring systems and tagging strategies to segment audiences effectively and improve targeting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate automated reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Testing and Optimization: Regularly test automations to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of all automation processes and workflows for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM, particularly in automation and workflow design.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in integrating GHL with third-party applications and services.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and client management processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems like zoho etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and customization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
