Zapier Expert

**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Zapier Expert with exp in design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows that streamline business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Zapier automations to integrate various tools and systems, streamlining workflows and improving business operations.
- Code custom integrations using JavaScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages to enhance and extend Zapier’s native functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for automation across departments and processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability of automations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated workflows, coding scripts, and integration processes.
- Monitor the performance of automations and regularly update workflows to reflect changing business needs or platform updates.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure smooth operation of automations and integrations.
- Stay up to date with Zapier updates, new integrations, and best practices for workflow automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with Zapier, including building multi-step Zaps.
- Familiarity with databases and data handling techniques for automations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, CRM systems, and other business software commonly integrated with Zapier.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
