Now, we're looking for a dynamic HR & Business Process AI Automation Executive who wants to explore the intersection of human resource management and AI workflow automation.

Role Overview

This role blends HR operations, process automation, and AI application.

You'll work with the founding and operations team to understand how internal workflows like hiring, onboarding, communication, and task management can be automated using AI systems.

You'll design and implement automation pipelines that save time, reduce manual work, and make HR and business operations smarter.

This role is ideal for someone curious about how AI can transform business processes, especially in HR, recruitment, and internal operations.

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Design and automate HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee tracking, etc.) using AI and workflow tools.
  • Research and deploy automation tools (like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT API, etc.) to streamline internal systems.
  • Learn how to integrate AI agents into everyday workflows.
  • Assist in building automated systems for candidate sourcing, evaluation, and outreach.
  • Support in building and refining business process automations across teams (e.g., CRM updates, lead tracking, reporting).
  • Document best practices and create reusable internal templates for automation.
  • Work directly with the founder to conceptualize and execute new automation experiments.

  • Analytical and tech-curious mindset, you enjoy optimising how things work.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or basic workflow builders is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn through experimentation.
