Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Automation Specialist with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and advanced automation tools. The ideal candidate will manage full CRM implementations, workflow automation, third-party integrations, and platform customization using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Onboard clients efficiently onto the GoHighLevel CRM platform.

  • Develop, customize, and deploy GHL Snapshots.

  • Build and optimize workflows and automations as per client requirements.

  • Configure and manage opportunities, pipelines, and lead stages.

  • Integrate Email/SMS channels through Mailgun, Twilio, and similar tools.

  • Create automation workflows using Zapier.

  • Customize Google Data Studio dashboards for reporting.

  • Integrate membership sites, survey platforms, and other third-party tools.

  • Implement and manage forms and surveys.

  • Perform system audits and recommend improvements.

  • Provide CRM utilization best practices and guidance.

  • Customize CRM layouts and components using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

  • Manage external integrations using APIs.

Requirements:-

  • Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Strong skills in client onboarding, snapshot development, workflow creation, and pipeline setup.
  • Experience with Mailgun, Twilio, and communication integrations.
  • Proficiency in Zapier automation and Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to integrate membership and survey systems.
  • Experience creating and managing forms.
  • Strong system audit skills with best-practice recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with API integrations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Education:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
