**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Functional consultants and Customer Subject Matter Experts to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Participate in all Sprint ceremonies, including Daily standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Review calls.
- Translate technical specifications and functional designs into code for new or enhancement projects.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision, managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- Contribute to Problem management by identifying problem trends using techniques such as Trend analysis.
- Develop enhancements, review and perform bug fixes, code changes, and unit test cases before Integration testing.
- Perform Peer Code Review to ensure code quality before merging.
- Provide information to DevOps regarding workloads to be deployed as part of the release.
- Adhere to coding standards (SDLC) for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest version in Production to support continuous knowledge upgrades on the solution.
- Facilitate and expedite the decision-making process, considering the customer's business strategy, drivers, requirements, and industry trends.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
