Job Title: Dynamic Solutions Developer

Job Summary

The Dynamic Solutions Developer plays a vital role within the IT team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CE and Azure solutions that enhance E4E Relief's technology ecosystem. The role focuses on improving user experience, enabling business growth, and driving innovation through modern cloud-based technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties

• Execute configuration, customization, and development of software solutions.
• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 and Azure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate application components per business specifications.
• Develop, test, debug, and document software using industry best practices, frameworks, and tools.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within existing solutions, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to brainstorm and deliver optimal solutions.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Ensure all solutions meet security best practices and compliance standards.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies that provide business advantages.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Proactively generate ideas to improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.
• Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and feedback collection.
• Azure certifications required.

Education & Experience

• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud-based solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and related modules.
• Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 apps (Customer Engagement Modules).
• Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages/Portals.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and 3rd-party tools for CE/Power Apps.
• Experience developing custom connectors with APIs (3rd-party or internal).
• Strong coding background in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing and delivering high-availability enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Source Control, JSON, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, environments, governance, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD Pipelines, Boards/Sprints, and Wiki.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Azure AD, AD B2C, Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy, SAML, and Active Directory Domain Services.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
