Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to meet business needs.

Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation and integration.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 functionalities, updates, and best practices.

Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Desired & Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and business process mapping.

Proficiency in configuration of forms, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.

Ability to create detailed functional design documentation.

Basic understanding of SQL and reporting tools.

Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Preferred: Experience with integrations, third-party tools, and CRM/ERP implementations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹130, ₹150,000.00 per month
