**Job Title**: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
**Location**: Remote
**Experience Required**: 5+ Years
**Salary**: 80k PM
**Working Hours**: 3 PM to 12 AM IST
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage **end-to-end implementations** of **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and define business requirements, and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 for various business domains, including **manufacturing**, **healthcare**, **real estate**, and **government sectors**.
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations for improving business processes using Dynamics 365.
- Document project details, objectives, and outcomes to ensure clarity in deliverables and client expectations.
- Conduct testing, training, and support for Dynamics 365 deployments to ensure smooth project rollouts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Dynamics 365 to recommend best practices to clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations**.
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 across various business domains, including **manufacturing**, **healthcare**, **real estate**, **water purification**, and **Federal Government**.
- Strong understanding of **business processes** within these domains and the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Experience managing multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations, from planning to deployment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project details, objectives, and achievements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex business challenges using Dynamics 365 solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **data migration**, **system integration**, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with **Power Platform** and **Azure DevOps** for project management.
- Prior experience working in **real estate**, **water purification**, or **government projects** is a strong plus.
