Role Overview
We're looking for an Automation Expert who lives and breathes marketing automation. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing and managing automation workflows for our clients and internal processes, using tools like n8n and Go High Level (GHL) and other platforms in our stack.You'll work closely with our marketing, sales and operations teams to build scalable systems that deliver growth, repeatability and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and deploy automation workflows for marketing, sales, inbound/outbound campaigns and internal growth operations.
Own end-to-end setups in Go High Level (GHL): campaign configuration, funnel building, trigger sequences, tagging/segmenting, reporting.
Develop integrations and custom workflows using n8n: connecting CRMs, databases, messaging systems (email/SMS/WhatsApp), APIs, webhooks, etc.
Monitor, maintain and optimise automation flows: error monitoring, performance tracking, cost/ROI metrics, alerting and repair.
Collaborate with marketing & content teams to align automation with campaign goals (lead generation, nurture sequences, pipeline acceleration).
Troubleshoot issues in live systems - identify root causes and implement robust fixes.
Stay up to date with the latest automation tools, platforms and best practices and help recommend improvements to our stack.
Assist and train clients on how to build the automations for their funnels.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing automation, growth operations or similar role in a B2B context.
Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Strong expertise with Go High Level (GHL) - building funnels, automations, triggers, sequences, segments, campaign tracking.
Deep hands-on experience with n8n: workflow design, API/webhook integrations, data pipelines, error handling.
Experience in multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, WhatsApp, cold calls, LinkedIn) and understanding how automation supports these.
Excellent analytical mindset: you track metrics, derive insights, optimise workflows based on data.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Familiarity with growth-marketing concepts: lead generation, nurture flows, pipeline management, campaign attribution.

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
