**Marketing Automation Expert
- Tata Business Hub**
**Objectives**
- Understand, plan, build and execute marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner that meets business objectives
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing automation programs in alignment with business needs. Develop the strategy and ensure utilization of the marketing automation platform.
- Lead the execution of customer engagement programs from start to finish to enhance end to end customer journey on the platform to ensure customer retention and platform adoption
- Understand customers, drive site personalization and segmentation strategy execution to create a relevant, value-added, personal, and engaging customer experience
- Measure, analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Continuously evaluate emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, recommend and implement initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Build and design campaigns/lead-nurture programs in the Marketing Automation Platform
- Segment and analyse prospect database to target campaigns.
- Maintain marketing program calendar and execute on-time programs.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategy to continuously improve program performance. Translate project requirements into workable, scalable solutions.
- Measure analyse marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations. Provide reporting and dashboarding support for the Marketing team
- Manage large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
- Research best practices and constantly innovate to improve performance.
- Take charge of the database quality, segmentation and tagging efforts for program messages across different personas
- Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams on a regular basis to plan activities and campaigns
- Document regular marketing automation processes, programs and procedures
- Manage marketing automation/CRM tools and ensure execution of engagement initiatives, measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives with data-driven tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Understand customer behavior and develop AI based customer personalized journey for platform adoption
- Knowledge about infrastructure like domain, IPs, set up processes etc. will be added advantage
**Skills and Qualifications**
- MBA from Tier 1/2 institute, preferably with specialization in marketing with 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, Marketing Analytics
- Proven experience managing customer engagement campaigns

- Strong quantitative focus with extensive experience in and understanding of marketing metrics
- Drive and ambition to stay abreast of CRM and marketing automation trends
- Strong attention to detail and work within a rapidly changing environment
- Data stewardship skills - data managing in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level) - Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 a plus
- Previous experience with e-commerce or B2B platform/SAAS will be a plus
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a start-up, with tight deadlines and evolving needs
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in engagement marketing and measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
