Digital Marketing Specialist (Online Education | US Market)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in the online education domain and a proven track record of targeting US parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
  • WhatsApp Marketing
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • Email Marketing
  • Create, test, and analyze marketing funnels targeting US parents.
  • Develop campaign strategies that align with business goals and audience insights.
  • Create compelling marketing assets including short videos, creatives, and ad copies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights for improvements.
  • Generate fresh, innovative ideas for promoting our website, increasing traffic, and boosting conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing within the online education (EdTech) industry.
  • Proven experience running campaigns targeting US-based parents.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead generation funnels, and conversion strategies.
  • Ability to create engaging video content and graphic creatives for ads.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing platforms, Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ready to complete a sample task as part of the hiring process.
  • Must be able to showcase previous campaign results or portfolio.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SEO and landing page optimization.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and automation workflows.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose unique marketing ideas.
