We are seeking a CRM Automation & Marketing Specialist to support our growing U.S.-based insurance agency. This is an independent contractor role for someone who can take ownership of our CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead management processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with an insurance agency and is highly skilled in building automations, optimizing workflows, and improving marketing performance. This role will focus on connecting our systems, enhancing client communication, and driving measurable growth across our book of business.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Workflow Automation

  • Build and optimize workflows to trigger automated emails, texts, and tasks at key points in the client lifecycle.
  • Create Zaps or automation sequences to streamline processes between multiple systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across platforms.

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting current and prospective clients.
  • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the WordPress website, including blog posting and basic content management.

Requirements

  • Fluent and easy to understand in English
  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and lead generation experience
  • 2–4+ years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of email marketing automation, workflows, and drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NowCerts
  • Experience with InsuredMine or AgencyZoom
  • Familiarity with or Zapier integrations

Pay is 45,000 a month, 10 paid vacation days, and holiday's off (Indian & US)
