**Dataverse**:

- Data modeling and schema design
- Managing entities, relationships, and attributes
- Advanced Dataverse configuration and governance

**Programming Languages**:

- C# for plugins and custom business logic
- JavaScript/TypeScript for form scripting and client-side customization
- SQL for querying Dataverse and other data stores
- Python (helpful for external data integration or AI/ML pipelines)

**API Development and Integration**:

- RESTful APIs (Dynamics 365 Web API and external APIs)
- OAuth 2.0 for secure API authentication
- JSON/REST standards for API consumption
- Experience with Azure API Management for external services

**AI and Machine Learning**:

- Use of Azure AI/ML services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning).
- tools like Azure Bot Service or OpenAI APIs.
- AI Builder for low-code AI scenarios in Power Platform.

**Inventory and Logistics Systems**:

- Building inventory management systems using Dynamics 365 Customer
- Experience (e.g., custom entities, workflows, tracking processes).
- Understanding supply chain principles and logistics workflows.
- Integration with warehouse systems (e.g., barcoding, scanning).

**Automation and Workflow Design**:

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Workflow and Power Automate for automating
- repetitive tasks.
- Custom workflow extensions using C#.
- Cloud and Infrastructure Skills

**Azure Expertise**:

- Azure Logic Apps and Functions for integrations.
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Azure Blob Storage or Table Storage for large data handling.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in Dynamics and Azure.
- Managing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.

**Integration Tools**:

- Dataflows for data migration and synchronization.
- Use of middleware tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS for data Transformation.
