Expert HubSpot & WordPress Developer (Full-Time | Remote)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST Location: Remote Experience Level: 3+ years

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled HubSpot & WordPress Developer who can confidently build, customize, and maintain websites, landing pages, and integrations across both platforms. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and is comfortable working with both HubSpot CMS Hub and WordPress environments.

You'll be responsible for managing front-end development, implementing automation and integrations, maintaining site performance, and collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and CRM specialists to deliver high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and optimize HubSpot CMS templates, landing pages, and blogs.

  • Build and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.

  • Ensure cross-platform integrations between HubSpot, WordPress, and other marketing tools.

  • Manage front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.

  • Work on API integrations, CRM forms, and HubSpot workflows.

  • Ensure websites are fast, secure, and mobile-responsive.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement campaign assets and A/B tests.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • HubSpot CMS Certification (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in both HubSpot CMS and WordPress development.

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.

  • Experience with custom theme and module development.

  • Understanding of HubL and HubSpot's design tools.

  • Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, and HubSpot integrations.

  • Strong eye for design, UX, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work during night shift (5 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM automation and workflows.

  • Knowledge of SEO optimization and performance monitoring tools.

  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms like GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign.
