Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Social Media Expert who can manage all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and executing content, managing community engagement, running automated campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each platform, aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar and schedule regular posts.
  • Create engaging content across platforms, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts with compelling captions.
  • Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads/Snapchat.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Implement strategies to grow and retain audience engagement, including contests, polls, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
  • Create Landing Pages for campaigns and promotions.
  • Build Automation Sequences including:
  • Creating sequences and triggers
  • Email sequences
  • SMS automation
  • Voicemail drops
  • Automated calling

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
  • Experience in social media advertising and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly and upbeat personality.
  • Focused and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel; Medium – PowerPoint, Publisher.
  • Adobe PDF Pro proficiency.
  • Windows 11 Pro experience.
  • Typing speed of minimum 120 WPM.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing (Meta, HubSpot, Google, etc.).
  • Experience with influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
