**Job Description: Social Media Marketing Expert**

**Position**: Social Media Marketing Expert
**Location**: Work from Home (Office in Kolkata)
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, and videos) tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, specifically social media management.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Ability to create and analyze marketing reports.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English.

**Work Schedule**: Flexible hours (work from home).
