**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on Instagram.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a high level of engagement.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and brand identity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Instagram growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with other social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) is a plus.
