- Demonstrable social networking experience and social listening knowledge

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non
- functional issues correctly and clearly Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests / to follow up on cases till closure flawlessly.
- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
- You will be expected to write copies and curate the available content to be posted as blogs, articles, stories etc.
- Should be flexible in learning different processes and be cross-skilled.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social listening knowledge.
- Proven working experience in social media or related fields (added advantage)

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
