Expert Sales Funnel Builder Needed

**Position Overview**:
As a Funnel Builder, you will design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels tailored to our ecommerce and dropshipping audiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and enhancing user experience. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you will ensure every funnel aligns with our business goals and brand identity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Funnel Development**:
- Create lead generation, sales, product launch, webinar, upsell, and downsell funnels to target cold audiences and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Design funnels specifically tailored for ecommerce and dropshipping niches.
- **Integration and Automation**:
- Set up automation workflows using tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and other platforms.
- **Optimization and Testing**:
- Conduct A/B testing on funnel elements (e.g., headlines, CTAs, layouts) to maximize conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to improve funnel performance and ROI.
- **Collaboration and Strategy**:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure funnel goals align with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic input on how to design funnels for cold leads, focusing on building trust and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in funnel building, with a proven track record of successful projects (experience with ecommerce or dropshipping funnels is a strong plus).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with tools like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Leadpages, Kartra, Builderall, Systeme.io, and similar platforms.
- **Marketing Tools Knowledge**: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- **Creativity**: A flair for designing user-friendly and visually compelling funnels.
- **Communication**: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with payment gateway and CRM integration processes.
- Experience in designing funnels for cold lead audiences.
- Knowledge of A/B testing strategies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
