Position: Funnel & Marketing Automation Specialist

At CSZR Digital, we help businesses scale through powerful funnels, automation, and high-converting digital strategies. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge marketing systems to our clients while fostering a culture of flexibility, learning, and excellence.

We are now looking for a Funnel & Marketing Automation Specialist who can design beautiful landing pages, build seamless funnels, and set up smart automation systems that make marketing flow effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build high-converting landing pages and funnels using drag-and-drop builders (no coding required).
  • Set up and manage client webinars, email sequences, and SMS campaigns.
  • Create and optimize automations using tools like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make (Integromat).
  • Continuously find ways to streamline, automate, and improve marketing workflows.
  • Use Canva to design visually engaging assets (ads, banners, social media graphics).
  • Edit and repurpose short-form videos for social media, ads, and funnels.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and funnel strategies — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) effectively with smart prompts to improve productivity.
  • Double-check everything — links, automations, emails, and workflows — ensuring top-notch accuracy and performance.
  • Setting up and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
  • Maintain a strong command of English for communication.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in drag-and-drop funnel/website builders like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra, Leadpages, GHL or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Make (Integromat).
  • Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Good design sense and hands-on experience with Canva.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
