**About The Healing Wiz**

**Role Overview**
Design, build, and optimize high-converting funnels for our workshops, courses, and certifications. You’ll own the full journey — from landing pages to automations to analytics — ensuring every click leads to transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build funnels from briefs within **5-7 business days**:

- Achieve **25-45%+ opt-ins** (cold) and **45-65%+** (warm)
- Maintain **Mobile Lighthouse ≥ 85** and automation uptime ≥ 99%
- Keep CRM, tracking & automations error-free
- Create at least **1 reusable template/SOP per month**

**You’ll Thrive If You**:

- Have **2+ years’ experience** with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, or Framer
- Are skilled in **Figma/Canva** with a focus on conversion-driven UX
- Can set up automations (Zapier, Make, Pabbly) & CRM pipelines
- Understand tracking & analytics (**GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs**)
- Work fast, document processes, and deliver results

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Digital Media, Web Design, or related field** (or equivalent practical experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
