Assistant Technical Sales Manager (Resident) - Lucknow
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics
Role:
Were looking for a dynamic Technical Sales professional who can independently manage OEMs and End-User clients, drive business growth, and deliver strong value-based and solution-based selling in the Industrial Automation domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle direct B2B sales complete cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ OEM and End-user customers
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close orders
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Industrial Automation Product Sales (Motors, Geared Motors, Gearboxes, VFDs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skill
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Not suitable: Candidates handling sales through dealers / channel partners / sub-dealers
- Not Eligible: Candidates from DG / Transformers / Switchgear industry
