We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition and grow

our IT recruitment business.

Role Highlights

Bring in new clients for IT hiring (permanent & contract)

Build strong relationships with HR & IT leaders

Understand hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions

Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals

Collaborate with internal recruiters for timely delivery

Track leads and meet monthly/quarterly targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–8 years in IT recruitment sales / staffing business development

Strong understanding of IT roles & hiring processes

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
