Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports on business performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development roles
  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services and related solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local market in Bengaluru South is a plus
