Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, creating customized solutions, delivering proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Business Communication, and Negotiation
- Understanding of financial principles related to Risk Advisory, Taxation, and Accounting solutions is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site and interact with clients in a professional manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in consulting services or a related industry is beneficial
