The two spots:

Business Development

You're the person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, understanding what businesses need, and bringing in projects we can all get excited about. You'll build real relationships with clients and help us grow in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Projects Management

You're the person who makes sure everything flows smoothly. Coordinating between clients, our team, freelancers, vendors—keeping everyone aligned and making sure we deliver beautifully every time. You solve problems before they become problems.

Here's how it works:

You work on different projects based on what fits your skills and capacity. We share profits across the team depending on contribution. The more you deliver, the more you grow. Pretty straightforward.

And we're honest with each other—if things aren't working, we talk about it. We're all accountable because we're building this together.

You'll probably fit well if:

You like doing work you care about. You enjoy collaborating without all the corporate nonsense. You want your effort to actually mean something—and see that reflected in how you grow.

What we're NOT:
