Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Agent located in Krishnagiri. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include troubleshooting problems, managing customer communication, and maintaining a high level of service quality, contributing to a positive customer experience.
