Business Development Associate

Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing business relationships, and supporting the overall growth of Tech Vivek Private Limited. This role requires excellent communication, research, and presentation skills to expand the company's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital platforms.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Client Outreach & Relationship Management
Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Assist in client onboarding and support.
Sales Support & Conversion
Pitch company services/products to potential clients.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to meet sales targets.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Track competitors' activities and market trends.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support) for smooth execution of projects.
Share client feedback with the product and service teams for improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10, ₹61,627.18 per month
