Sales Strategy & Planning
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Forecast sales and plan monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the region.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors).
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews to ensure achievement of targets.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in untapped markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.
Distribution & Channel Management
- Manage distributor networks, ensure product availability, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Promotions & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute trade promotions and brand visibility campaigns.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies at the regional level.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Manage regional sales budgets efficiently and ensure optimal use of resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
