KMPL has preferred financier relationships with various automobile manufacturers in India and a broad retail distribution network comprising of 134 branches across 24 states, supported by direct marketing associates and agencies across the country.
Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Area Sales Manager located in Krishnagiri. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities for the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships and customers, overseeing loan processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves regular travel within the region to meet with clients and partners, conducting market research, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in the automobile finance industry
- Relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets is a plus
