Customer Care Executive – Attestation

Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our Attestation & Visa Services team. The ideal candidates will be fluent in at least three languages (English, Hindi + one regional or foreign language) and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle client interactions and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding attestation and visa services.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and internal teams for documentation and processing.
- Ensure smooth handling of client queries and complaints with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional or foreign language is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service, visa handling, or document attestation is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
