Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at JIMMY LUXURY RETAIL PVT. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information and answer customer questions
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
