- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software like the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
- Administrative/Business support: Manage handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Documentation and reporting: Prepare and organize internal and external documents, reports, and presentation
- Information management: Maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic documents and handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
