Job Summary:

We are hiring a Back Office Operation Executive for our sheet metal manufacturing company in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in documentation, data handling, accounts support, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily back-office operations including documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Maintain accounting and operational records using Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, quotations, delivery challans, and required documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, purchase, and dispatch.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory data and conducting stock audits.
  • Create MIS reports, spreadsheets, and trackers using Advanced Excel.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as GST entries, bank reconciliation, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Handle email communication and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS)
  • Tally Prime / Tally ERP
  • Strong documentation & data management skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in back-office operations (Sheet Metal industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
