Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and management support to ensure smooth operations in the executive office. This role focuses on scheduling, communications, project coordination, and handling confidential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.
Handle all communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening emails, calls, and documentation. - Arrange business travel (flights, accommodation, transport) and prepare itineraries.
Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents for meetings.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, investors, and board members.
Organize and maintain files, records, and contact databases.
Assist in coordinating cross-team activities and following up on delegated tasks.
Support broader management and office operations as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar
role providing senior-level support.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Tech savvy, comfortable with office software, digital communication tools, and technology platforms.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
