Job Objective:This role combines technical insight with business development to support market expansion. You will be instrumental in achieving sales objectives, activating new clients, and expanding our distribution network.We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Area Sales Manager - Kerala to join our expanding team. This role is crucial for our market penetration strategy, focusing on achieving sales targets, activating new customers, and enlisting new channel partners. If you're a sales professional with a technical aptitude for food ingredients and a passion for building strong relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets across assigned product lines
  • Drive new customer acquisition and distributor onboarding
  • Maintain strong CRM practices for account growth and retention
  • Translate customer needs into tailored ingredient solutions
  • Maintain technical awareness of product functionalities and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Minimum 7 year of direct B2B sales experience (preferred in food ingredients or FMCG)
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of food ingredients and applications
  • Strong analytical and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong time management and ability to independently manage sales pipeline
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
