Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, grow, and retain B2B customers in the non-liquor glass packaging space.
  • Identify and manage large institutional clients in sectors like:

  • Premium water bottles, diffuser & aroma oils, luxury home fragrances

  • Dry fruits, nuts, premium herbs, essential oils, aromatherapy brands
  • Decorative storage jars, kitchenware, nutraceuticals, juices, honey, jams, spices, pickles, and candle manufacturing

  • Maintain a customer portfolio of INR1 crore+ per client annually.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with procurement, sourcing, and supply chain decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with product design and technical teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing analyses.
  • Use Excel and data tools for business tracking, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, with regular follow-ups and conversion planning.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules per company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent AGI Glaspac at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking forums.
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain strong credit discipline.
  • Provide monthly reports, MIS, and customer feedback summaries to management.
  • Demonstrate a go-getter attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, and results.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B industrial or packaging sales, with proven large account handling.
  • Prior experience in selling glass bottles, jars, or similar packaging products is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and supply chain management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
