Role & responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, corporate buyers, and resellers.
- Identify and close new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research to identify sales trends, pricing strategies, and growth areas.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to senior management.
Vendor Management & Onboarding
- Manage existing vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and pricing.
- Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers across PAN India to support business growth and diversification.
- Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships with vendors.
- Ensure vendors meet company standards on product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align supply chain and stock availability.
Requirements:
Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile trading, electronics distribution, or similar sectors.
- Strong background in vendor management and new vendor onboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage sales and supply partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across India for vendor meetings and business development.
