B2B Sales Executives
who can help institutions, training partners, and corporate clients discover the value of GrowCline's IT learning solutions.

What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients.
- Promote GrowCline's IT training programs and digital learning solutions.
- Build strong relationships and understand client requirements.
- Present program benefits clearly and confidently.
- Maintain CRM data and manage follow-ups professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months–2 years of B2B sales, telecalling, or EdTech sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in client interactions
- Basic understanding of IT training programs is an advantage
