Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales in the B2B EdTech sector. The AVP-Sales will oversee and drive B2B sales strategies while managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships. The responsibilities will include leading sales operations, developing effective business development initiatives, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities. The individual will also work on evaluating market trends and keeping the company competitive in the education technology sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong ability to manage and analyze sales processes and strategies.
  • Expertise in Account Management, relationship building, and client retention.
  • Skills in Sales Management and Business Development, with a focus on driving revenue growth and establishing new opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop partnerships.
  • Willing to travel extensively for the business requirements.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to enhance sales performance.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry or working in B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
