Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director, handling calls, correspondence, and visitors.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects, action points, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with senior management, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders for effective communication.
  • Organize board meetings, conferences, and other key events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in personal and professional tasks as required by the Director.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support business and organizational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.

Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad

Working Days: Mon-Sat (10 am - 7 pm)
