**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support_
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for Directors
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning & Coordination_
- Assist in organizing business reviews, travel itineraries, and project meetings
- Coordinate with various departments for timely reporting and updates
- Maintain task trackers and monitor progress of strategic initiatives
- Communication & Documentation_
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Ensure effective communication flow and timely responses from the Director’s office
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Business Support_
- Support Directors in business development tasks, client follow-ups, and event coordination
- Assist in reviewing and organizing documents related to projects, operations, and administration
- Provide inputs on improving efficiency, communication, and planning processes

**Desired Profile**:

- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, high integrity, and ability to handle pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
