Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Coordination Manage and prioritize the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications . Track progress of ongoing activities across multiple group companies . Prepare reports, presentations, and review notes for internal and external meetings. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth information flow between departments. 2. Government Liaison & Compliance Coordinate with government departments, industrial associations, and regulatory authorities for licenses, permissions, and compliance. Maintain documentation and track renewals for factory, environment, pollution, and labor compliances. Assist in tender applications and official correspondence as required. 3. Business Development & Strategic Initiatives Support the MD in market research, business analysis, and new venture feasibility studies . Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for product diversification, marketing initiatives, and export expansion. Collaborate with internal teams for execution of new ideas and innovation projects. 4. Administrative & Project Follow-up Monitor task lists, project trackers, and ensure timely updates to management. Handle confidential documentation, travel coordination, and event organization. Maintain performance dashboards and prepare weekly progress summaries. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management . Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Business Coordinator / Strategy Associate . Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools . Ability to multitask across business units and maintain a high level of discretion. Strong analytical thinking and execution mindset. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing / industrial / trading environment .
