**About the Role**
We’re hiring a **proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Director** for a fast-paced BPO setup.
You’ll handle scheduling, coordination, and reporting while ensuring seamless communication across departments.
This role requires someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working **night shifts** aligned with international operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Director with daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Manage communication across teams - HR, Operations, Training, and Admin.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates.
- Track key activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate (Business Administration preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator / similar role.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- **Willingness to work night shifts** as per Director’s schedule.
